A yellow-crowned night-heron feeds within feet of the boardwalk at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. The wild inhabitants of the sanctuary have become accustomed to boardwalk pedestrians, hardly paying any attention to visitors and allowing an exceptional opportunity to observe wildlife.
