Everglades Coast Gallery

These images were produced on an 80-mile kayak trek undertaken by Cameron in April 2002 across Everglades National Park from Everglades City to Flamingo. During the weeklong trip he traversed the largest untouched wilderness east of the Mississippi River. On these remote beaches Calusa Indian pottery shards and shell tools mix with sea shells, and tracks from the rare and reclusive American crocodile outnumber footprints of man.
